Service Agreement and Scope

These terms govern your use of EN Drone Photography Studio's aerial photography and videography services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Our services include aerial photography, 4K video production, construction progress documentation, real estate marketing materials, and related drone operations within Yokohama and surrounding Kanagawa Prefecture.

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your scheduled date and time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the shoot before media delivery. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved corporate payment methods.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit unless due to weather conditions or regulatory restrictions.

Weather and Flight Conditions

Drone operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel flights for safety reasons without penalty to either party.

Rescheduling due to weather or regulatory issues will be accommodated at no additional cost. We monitor conditions continuously and will notify you of any necessary changes as early as possible.

Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

All drone operations are conducted by licensed pilots in full compliance withese aviation regulations and local ordinances. We maintain current certifications and insurance coverage for all commercial operations.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary property permissions or permits for shoots on private or restricted land. We will assist in identifying permit requirements but cannot guarantee approval.

Intellectual Property andge Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive unlimited commercialge rights to all delivered media. We retain the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RAW files and unedited footage remain our property unless specifically purchased as an add-on service. We provide edited, delivery-ready media as part of all standard packages.

Delivery and File Management

Edited media is delivered within 48-72 hours via our secure client portal. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Files remain accessible for 90 days after delivery.

We are not responsible for data loss after the 90-day access period. Clients should download and backup all files promptly upon delivery notification.

Equipment and Technical Standards

We use professional-grade drone equipment capable of 4K video recording and high-resolution still photography. All equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance.

Technical specifications and output formats are detailed in our service packages. Custom requirements may be accommodated for an additional fee with advance notice.

Safety and Liability

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering all drone operations. However, clients assume responsibility for any damages resulting from inaccurate location information or failure to disclose site hazards.

Our pilots prioritize safety above all other considerations and may terminate operations if conditions become unsafe, with partial refunds provided for incomplete services.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details, locations, or captured content without explicit permission. Non-disclosure agreements are available for sensitive projects.

Construction progress and real estate clients may request additional privacy protections, which we accommodate through secure delivery methods and restricted portfolioge.

Service Modifications and Upgrades

Package modifications or upgrades must be requested before the scheduled shoot date. Additional services requested on-site may be accommodated subject to time constraints and equipment availability.

Pricing for modifications follows our current rate schedule, and payment is required before additional services are performed.

Quality Guarantee and Revisions

We guarantee professional-quality output meeting industry standards. Minor revisions to color correction and basic editing are included in all packages. Major re-editing requests may incur additional charges.

If delivered media fails to meet agreed specifications due to our error, we will re-shoot at no additional cost, subject to scheduling availability.

Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on the specific circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject toese law and the jurisdiction of Yokohama courts.

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution procedures.

Terms Modification and Acceptance

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
